What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Sites use cookies to remember visits, keep settings or measure traffic.
Cookies on Price Review HQ
At the moment the site itself sets no analytics cookies. There are no user accounts, comments or display ads, so nothing here needs a login cookie or an advertising cookie. Google Search Console, which we use to see how the site appears in Google Search, does not place cookies on your browser either.
Your host’s standard server logs are not cookies. They record details such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and they are described in the Privacy Policy.
Cookies that come from affiliate links
The one place cookies can appear is after you click an affiliate link. Amazon may set its own cookie so that a purchase you make can be credited to Price Review HQ. That cookie belongs to the store and follows the store’s own policies. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains how these links work.
What this means for you
In practice, you can browse Price Review HQ without any cookie from the site itself being stored. If you choose to click through to a store, that store’s cookies may follow, and your browser settings decide whether they are kept. We do not track you across other websites.
Controlling cookies
Every major browser lets you see, block or delete cookies in its settings. You can clear what is stored, stop new cookies from being saved, or block only those from third parties. Menus differ between browsers, so check your browser’s help pages for the steps.
Blocking cookies does not stop you from reading Price Review HQ. All pages load and work without them.
